Is my property covered by insurance?

As a matter of law, self storage centers do not provide insurance for your stored items. While losses rarely occur in centers with modern security systems and access features, it is always wise to make sure your possessions are covered by a rental policy. To assist you in this, we offer low cost coverage for your unit’s contents. Ask us for more information about how to insure your belongings through an outside insurance provider.

What payment options are available?

We offer month-to-month rentals as well as multi-month leases. Payments are due in advance of the current rental period. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For our credit card customers, we offer you the option of enrolling in our Autopay Assist program. We will charge your credit card on the first day of every month so you never have to worry about missing a payment. If there is a problem with your card, we will contact you immediately to clear up the matter. Customers can also pay online by visiting our home page and clicking on the Payment/Reservation button.

Can anyone drive onto the property or do you need a security code?

All of our facilities require that you have a personal security code to enter the gate. Security codes help limit access to our facility to allow only tenants and authorized guests, as well as monitor who enters the property and when.

Do you sell boxes and other packing supplies?

We offer full line of boxes and other packing supplies at very competitive rates.

What do I do if I need assistance after hours?

If you know in advance that you will need assistance outside of normal business hours, call us so we can make an appointment to fulfill your needs. In the event of an after hours emergency, simply call the main office and we will make sure you are promptly assisted.

What size unit do I need?

That depends on the quantity and type of items you are storing, as well as if you need access space within the unit. See our “unit size estimator” or call us for further help in the matter.
